I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming countryside hotel near Bordeaux. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a touch of old-world charm that added to their character. As another review pointed out, the decor may be slightly outdated, but I found it quite endearing. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, providing exceptional service with a genuine warmth that made me instantly feel welcome. The food was another highlight, with delicious homemade meals that had a rustic flair to them. Breakfast was also a treat, with a wide selection of food to choose from, including the option to cook your own eggs, which my children loved. This hotel truly offers excellent value for money with its attention to detail, friendly staff, and lovely amenities.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

This hotel had some of the best breakfast I've ever tasted, with fresh handpicked ingredients like goat cheese, eggs, and strawberries. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with everything very tidy and organized. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to transportation and nearby facilities.

A real charmer with clean functional rooms and a lovely walk, in shower. the dining area was a real highlight with excellent freshly cooked meals, mix and mingle set up, endless chatter, and superb breakfast choices. It felt like being part of a big family gathering with everyone welcomed. the perfect place for people with a smattering of French language looking to try it out.
Limited menu choices with evening meals only available four nights a week. beware of potential overcharging or extra charges for things you didn't have, although this seemed like a one, off.

The rooms were clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff was polite and offered us complementary drinks upon arrival. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere that was welcoming.
The rooms were very noisy and we were woken up by loud music and people talking in the early hours of the morning. the breakfast was lacking in variety and the coffee was not good quality.

We appreciated the easy check, in and the silence at night. there were nearby places to eat and good transport links to explore the city.
